Extremely slow always out of stock

The service from the dispensary at Clicks has fallen through the floor. Previously, after an average waiting time of 5 minutes (1 or 2 people in the queue), one would be served, medicines prepared and all concluded without fuss. Now, the queue has no less than 10 people. The speed of the service given by the pharmacist locum might be so slow that they might be going back in time. On one occasion, 1 full hour had passed before all the medicines were put together. On another occasion, one pharmacist proceeded to lecture me on how antibiotics were not put on repeat scripts. After retrieving the script and proven wrong, there was no apology. On several occasions, the stock levels indicated on the system have been wrong, showing Clicks have stock, but actually don't. This left me, the customer, to come back again and stand for at least another 30 minutes before being served again. In almost all visits to the dispensary, at least one medication is out of stock. On attempting to pick up these medicines, the pharmacists and customers all give you a filthy look on attempting to collect these medicines when going straight to the counter, on THEIR specific instruction to me. No more Clicks!
