Extremely Rude Nurse AT Clicks Sandton City

I booked an appointment to have a flu vaccination done and I was booked for today at 14.45. I got to Clicks at exactly 14:45, there was about 4 of us waiting. Two white ladies and a black lady and her daughter. The nurse wasnt there apparently she was on lunch. We all waited and there was no sign of her. I wasnt aware that I was supposed to go get the Vaccination from the Dispensary until the lady I was waiting with told me to do that and I did. When I got back the Nurse had returned but before I could see her someone went in before me. I waited another almost 20 minutes to be seen and I was getting rather upset. I told her of my appointment and she told me that she doesn't make bookings and that it wasn't her problem that the lady whom made the booking was *********** as she was a temp and didn't know what she was doing as vaccinations were on a first come first served basis. I told her that I was unhappy with the service and she told me that it wasnt her problem as I do not pay her and I pay the dispensary. I kept quiet as speaking to her seemed to not get us anywhere. When she finally vaccinated me she used so much force with the injection that even now i am in PAIN. I am not t
