EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE FROM CLICKS DIRECT MEDICINE

Very poor service. I pay my account every month on the 27th. In June of this year (2024) Their staff decided that I have to pay before every medicine gets delivered even though I pay at the end of every month. They withheld all our medication from the week before the end of May. By the time the end of June rolled around our account was standing at R3000 and they are still withholding our medication. I offered them R2000 a month to get it up to date and they refused. They insist on the full R3000 before they process our medication.

I am a type 2 diabetic and my husband has severe bipolar mood disorder. Clicks have an "I don't care attitude"
