Extremely poor service

Poor service at Clicks Greenstone, Pharmacy Manager Matimba Mukasi have no idea what good service means, he failed to address us as to why there was only one person at the counter when its pick period,instead he said I should report him if I want,there were about 5 cubicles with no one.
