Extremely poor customer service

Clicks Jabulani Mall must be the worst in terms of customer service , my first experience was when I was told that im going to cause shrinkage when I was not even offered a basket at the entrance , I was ridiculed by the cashier at the till point , how was I supposed to go look for a basket in a fully packed store on month , I believe I was supposed to have been offered that courtesy by their lazy staff , my second experience was when a had a full trolley after shopping , went in and I was told to leave my trolley at the door because of the no trolley policy , requested to speak to the manager , with an attitude I was told the manager and his assistant were not available , asked them to come up with an alternative for parcels as I was not going to split my shopping in small baskets , that's when the lady wearing a blue shirt whom I believe is part of the management called NOMFUNDO started shouting at me telling that if im not gonna follow their policy I might as well take my money else where, and that I can go lodge a complaint cause she doesn't care . Clicks Jabulani mall staff does'nt respect their customers or value them , I believe they need training in customer service. The method of approach was bad and from now on I think I will do my shopping online at other shops I cannot risk being humiliated again at Clicks Jabulani mall
