Extremely Poor customer service at clicks
I went to Soshanguve Crossing mall to collect my prescription which was a repeat for a zineryt lotion. Was assisted by the pharmacist called Kearabetswe Matseke, she told me that they don’t have the lotion in store, then I requested if it would be possible to call other clicks stores nearby to check if they had it, she claimed that she called surrounding stores and they didn’t have it except Jubilee mall which is 33 kilometers away from where I stay, i asked if it would be possible for her to get me a print out copy of my prescription so that I can check at Dischem if they had it, she said I it is not possible I will have to request for it where I initially bought the lotion the first time, then I drove all the way to Jubilee mall in Hamaskraal where I was assisted by Kopano Magagane who checked the system and confirmed that they don’t have the medication and nobody called them from Soshanguve Crossing, I requested that she calls Soshanguve Crossing and ask if Kearabetswe Matseke called and to my surprise she denied that she called Jubilee mall. This really shows how *********** and inconsiderate Kearabetswe is, i could spot a huge difference from the kind of service that I was given from Jubilee mall and the willingness Kopane Magagane was offering at Jubilee, one would assume that the customer service training that clicks store offers to their employees is completely different. I would like to thank Kopano Magagane for going an extra mile in making sure that I get help and reconsider coming back to clicks.
