Extremely Frustrated – Clicks Refuses to Refund My Money

I am highly disappointed with the service I’ve received from Clicks. I placed an online order and the payment was deducted from my account immediately. However, Clicks claims they never received the payment and have refused to refund me for over a week now.

They keep sending me from pillar to post and are not taking accountability. I was even told the issue was with my bank, but when I contacted my bank, they confirmed that the transaction was successfully approved on their side. I also received the merchant verification code from the bank proving this.

I’ve wasted so much of my airtime and energy following up with Clicks, only to be met with lies, delays, and no resolution. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially when I’m left without my money and no clear answers.

Clicks, please take this seriously and refund my money immediately.
