EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

Went to Clicks Twin City Heidedaal Bloemfontein today, paid with my card but as im paying the teller had a her hand on the machine pressing it down, i am requested to enter my pin while her hand is on the machine and by the way she's looking at me punching in my pin. I than raise my concern and tell her that i am not comfortable with transacting the way that transaction just happened. She answers me shouting at me saying that next time i must pay with cash instead of using a card, the nerve she has of telling me to use cash instead of paying with a card, with the corona pandemic that we are experiencing i am avoiding using cash where there is no need. I must say the way she raised her voice at me was disturbingly rude that i even asked her why did she have to raise her voice at me like that.

I must say the manager on duty was extremely apologetic but the teller whose name is PALESA MAJELA was not remorseful at all and instead she had an "i don't care" attitude towards me addressing this issue if she was not in the wrong. If this is how your company trains tellers, it surely means that they will loose loyal clients because of rude tellers. I'm highly disappointed.
