Extremely bad service and attitude

Please note today I went to click in Johannesburg market and joubert street. I got there at 9:05am I couldn't find what I wanted so I asked one of the ladies from make up ,to get someone to help me since the staff was not visible on floor, she told me who ever is working on that department Is at the till, when she was about to leave I asked her if I'm supposed to leave without getting help, then she said she'll call her but she did not come back nor the person came to help me. I decided to go to the till to find that lady but I met the manager along the way she finally assisted... the guys called by the manager was very helpful, I went to the till to pay there were two customers at the till who had finished paying. I came closer to the till before I was called, the lady at the till stood there and looked at me with an attitude. then I said to her I see you done with the customers can I pay she gave me a very bad attitude and just stood there staring at me, after some time she then scan my items very slowly and walk slowly to the intercom and called for help of which there was no problem with my items. When the person on intercom came, the was no problem she didn't even touch the till, the till lady told her its owk she can leave it with no explanation why she was calling for help.. She was still giving me attitude. after some time she took my money and still very slowly before she finished attending me and that was after i told her im rushing to work av been in your shop from 9:05 am until 9:30am and the were no customers. i even told her i see what she doing delaying me on purpose she just looked at me with a very bad attitude still. then continue chatting with the lady from makeup.
