Extremely bad service

Super bad service from Clicks Pharmacy Zeevenwacht Mall. Will not go there again and will not refer anyone else to go there. To make a long story short. This happened some time back when my husband was in the vicinity, and said he will collect my tablets. They posted my script not to a doctor but to a dentist and they informed my husband that I must pay for my medication. He had to use his cellphone to phone me so that they could speak to me over the phone. the more I explained to them to check, as there might be some mistake, the more they insisted that I had to pay. I phoned my medical aid, just to find out what the issue was. The medical aid informed me that they were posting it to a dentist, and my medical aid warned me, that the pharmacy was going to block my account, as they were posting too many times on it. The medical aid tried to phone them, no answer, I tried to phone them no answer. So my husband had to go back to them the next day and tell them that they were posting it wrong. He phoned me yet again, so that I could speak to the pharmacist to inform her that they were posting it wrong. Eventually got my medication the next day. So the following month I went to N1 City, where I usually go and I was informed that I had no more collections left. So again I phoned my medical aid, and I was informed that the pharmacy needs to sort this out, as they made the mess-up. Tried phoning them, no answer, so again my husband had to go back to Zeevenwacht. I logged a complaint by then. I was phoned by the pharmacist in charge, all she said was "I don't know why they did what they did, but I will speak to them" and apologized. No follow up call to say what has happened, nothing. All in all, the most horrific service I experienced, not answering their phones and not using their phone to phone customers. If they answered their phones first time around, all the issues and going back again and again would have been avoided. Not something that I would like to experience again.
