Extremely Bad Service

My wife and I get our chronic medication delivered via Clicks Direct Medicines, my wife has diabetes. For the last three months we have experienced major problems. On enquiring when the medication will be delivered, as we no longer get an SMS to advise on delivery, a promise is made for the next day. needless to say this does not happen and repeated calls result in repeated broken promises. I queried the delivery on Monday to be told it would be delivered yesterday. On enquiring yesterday morning it transpired that only 2 out of 10 items would be delivered. I reiterated that ALL the items must be delivered simultaneously. I was told that delivery would take place today. On enquiring this morning I was told that the order was only placed yesterday, in addition, only 6 out of 10 items were ordered. I was told I can collect the incomplete parcel myself. Once again I requested that all 10 items must be delivered by tomorrow and I asked that I get a confirmation e-mail to confirm the arrangements. Needless to say I did not receive the confirmation email. This level of blatant lying to a patient who is reliant on chronic medication for a potentially life threatening illness is UNACCEPTABLE.
