Extremely Bad Bad Bad Customer Service

We went to the Medicross in Princess Crossing which has a clocks linked to it. When we went out at exactly 18h05, the gentleman that works at the clicks pharmacy refused to help us and told us they are closed. Even though the sisters at the medicross explained to them that they are servicing the medicross and initially they should wait for patients as they are a non dispensing medical practice and the patients rely on them to get their medication. He blatantly refused and closed the butler and switched off the lights.

Very rude for a person that works at such a huge retail pharmacy who is supposed to assist patients. What's the whole point of clicks being at the medicross of they cann I t cater for the patients at the medicross. Even when they were told that the previous Netware pharmacy that was there used to assist patients until they left.
