Extreme Complaint - Clicks Gardens Centre WC

Clicks Gardens Centre has terrible service and management. I called in on Saturday about coming for my Covid Vac. I was 19th in the que and an hour later with no cancellations the lady that was 20th was now 3rd in the que. Unacceptable as I requested a phone call should anyone cancel. I Ubered there very early and I have not had a job in 2.5 years so borrowing money to get there and be turned away while the lady after me also spoke to the manager and got in. Disgusting service and I shop at that clicks every weekend as I always go to gardens centre. Regards Candice
