EXTREME BAD SERVICE - FALSE ADVERT

I received their advert for the mid month savings. They advertised Pampers Premium Care nappies for R 189.99. I went to Selcourt Towers Springs, on the shelf the same advert Pampers Premuim Care Nappies for R 189.99 NO MENTION OF ANY SIZES

I took a size 5 and at the till point it was rung for R 299.99 - I asked why as this is not what is advertised. An extremely rude person came and said THEY WILL NOT give it to me for the advertised price. I asked to speak to the manager - this rude person was him. I explained over and over to him that his advert says nappies and he told me only the pictures is on "sale"???????? I asked him if, if the hair colour on the advert is only one colour does that mean only only colour is on sale - he said I must not be stupid. To me that is exactly the same as the nappies then?

I then told him I will be contacting head office - in a different language he spoke to the staff at they laughed at me. He I asked if he will right down that he is refusing to assist me and is refusing to give the nappies to me at the correct price - he refused and walked away. He totally ignored me from there on - and rather chose to mock me together with his staff.
