Extreme bad service at pharmacy

I went into Clicks Galleria to get my script. I had been ill and without transport for a while and they refused to give me my chronic medication. It was an Indian man who served me and he was extremely rude and made me wait for over an hour at his counter while serving other customers at another counter. He would not accept that I had been ill or without transport hence the reason why I could not fetch the script on the designated date.
