extreemely poor/bad custermer service.

I have never felt the pain I am feeling now. I am one of your regular customer. Since I have been diagnosed diabetic I have been buying my medication from click Jabulani mall. Never hav I experienced such treatment. Today I asked one of the pharmacist by the name of Paul Mahla to please contact my medical aid to ask them to add additional two pens of my insulin as advised by my medical aid consultant. Last time I ask Paul he said I can call during the day he will assist me. Today when I called he told me. He is busy and in and out of meeting that he won't lie to me but won't be able to assist me. I was so shocked and could not be leave what I have just heard. I am very disappointed and hurt coz five pens does not last me the whole month according to my doctors dosage. I am really hurt and disappointed
