extraordinary customer service

I would like to extend my appreciation to the clicks store Alex Mall. I have been to may retail stores but I’ve never experienced such extraordinary customer service in my life. We seldom acknowledge such treatment as customers because normally it’s just complaints. However I strongly believe we need to acknowledge and give thanks where it is due. Allow me to explain what I mean by excellent service delivery.

1. From the security personnel at the door, he is humble, ever smiling and does his job with due diligence I can strongly attest to that. 2. The manager of the store is hands on and her staff are always keen and willing to assist their customers (great engagement s****s) 3. The pharmacy is of excellent service and the pharmacists are well equipped, patient and truly understand the importance of the services they are rendering 4. Then the cosmetics department the two ladies (Precious and her co-worker) are always ready to assist also ever smiling and understand all the products. They are always living up to the expectation and always amazingly gorgeous. I am always ready to buy and test different products. 5. The clicks Alex mall staff wear their uninform with pride and so much neatness. 6. The shop is extremely clean and very welcoming

The clicks staff Alex mall are by far the best team I’ve yet came across. Words cannot fully express my gratitude towards their support and services they’ve rendered me. People like the Clicks Alex mall staff are very rare to find. I know I cannot give them anything tangible to show how thankful I am to for the wonder experiences I receive every single time I visit the store. Even if I had to buy a gift I would not know what value the gift must carry to really show my gratitude. What gives me peace is knowing that I am thanking you sincerely, with my whole heart. I am truly humbled especially receiving such service from a mall deemed to be a township mall.

I find comfort and am satisfied with the outstanding service I continue to experience when dealing with this specific shop. I highly recommend the clicks Alex mall staff and wish them nothing but greatness and success. May they continue to flourish in their roles.
