EXPIRED PRODUCTS ON SHELVES.

I purchased a PONDS product on markdown at Clicks Westgate Mall only to find out that the product is expired. I bought the product on 022/08/26 only to realize that it had already expired on 2022/08/21. I had an itchy face for 2 days which I needed to treat. Upon returning the product, a lady I was referred to Promise was so casual about my complaint and said that she overwrote it for the mark down meaning that I was told that it had expired and I took it knowingly which isn't the case.

I am super appalled with Clicks as to why they would have expired products o their shelves and I doubt Ponds Institute would want to form part of such with a product that is adored and used by many for years and years. I have used Ponds for the longest time and I am so disappointed I feel I will be sending my grievance to the too.
