Expired Medication sold at Clicks Carnival Mall

My Mom purchased medication from Clicks Carnival Mall on the 01st March 2019 and the pharmacist on duty gave her expired medication that had already expired in November last year. He also had such a nerve by cutting out the dates on one of the strip of the card. He did not notice that the other strip on the box had the expiry date. It seems like he was also aware that he was selling expired medication. The box had a blue sticker and a line across the box. The name of the dispenser is Thabane Ndhlovu. We unfortunately only realized it was expired after she had taken her first dosage this evening. How can such a big company like this not take precaution and sell expired medication to senior citizens. This guy also gave my Mom short medication in the box and asked her to come back for the balance of the medication. What a nerve he had. ????
