Expired medication and no remorse

I received really pathetic service from Brian marran at the mall @Carnival Clicks. I took a script for my daughters meds and received expired meds for a 10 week old baby. When I took the meds back on the 10/08/2018 he said he would order new meds and gave me 5 sachets of nexiam with the old date, I return on the 14/08/2018 for the order and there is no trace of it and Brian is not at work , he failed to inform me he would not be there , but also didn't bother to tell fellow staff about the meds, the attitude of the pharmacist was also unapologetic as they just offered me the old meds and to come back the next day. Changed to dischem and going to keep it that way. If anyone asks me clicks is useless.
