EXHAUSTED From Excuses

<p>Good day. I thought the issue with my club card was FINALLY solved???? Why am I getting emails as Martha Phago? I am Tidimalo Madibo card number ********** 98204. How long will I be subjected to being under a Martha Phago profile regardless that I proved over and over that I app**** for the card myself from the first that was lost to the current card. My points disappear because of this Martha, no one at Clicks can answer me as to how she even has my card number though I am the applicant. Instead one of your consultsnts tells me to apply for another card. Is that how customer service works at Clicks? Though proven my ID number falls in line with my card and not a Martha. And where are my club points for July/August because they were never loaded? When will you sort out this disheartening mess Clicks??</p>
