Excuse for a Branch manager

Upon a quick in and out visit at my local clicks, I had selected clicks body wash. I picked it up by the nozzle and it dropped (due to poor packaging). A lady approached me asking me if I wanted a basket to which I declined as I was just getting a few items. She then said that I must not break there stuff!!! I asked to speak to management and it turns out she is the branch manager. She insisted that I take a basket and I again declined and she said that I will pay for anything else that I break. I then took a box of chocolates and she again insisted that I take a basket. I then dropped the box on the floor on purpose and took another. She followed me to the tills and swapped my box for the box I dropped. I asked her for her name and she refused. I then took a photo of her and she said she will report me to the police for taking her photo. She then followed me outside to my car and took a photo of me. This is the worst behavior from management that I have ever seen!!!
