Exchange without issues

I purchased a bottle of Andolex C from Clicks. When I got home I found the bottle's cap was broken. I took it back (lost the receipt) and it was exchanged. I should add that the cap design is a very poor design. It is one of those where you have to press down first and then ***** open, only that it is very prone to breaking. I am happy with Clicks's response to the issue, but I am very unhappy with the Andolex C bottle design (not Clicks's fault).
