exchange of blow dryer

I purchased a Phillips blow dryer, after a month the blow dryer was over heating, we returned back to the kathu store and they gave us another Phillips blow dryer, to our surprise the blow dryer was not actually like the one we returned and it takes my wife almost an hour now to blow dry, can we please have the previous model of Phillips back with the ionic and cooling function
