Exchange - Hassle Free. Clicks White River Mpumalanga

My hubby and I were at Clicks White River Mpumalanga this morning. I had a 4 Slice Toaster that I needed to return as it was not working properly. I had my receipt and the same box I purchased the toaster in with the faulty toaster thinking that I will experience an aweful time exchanging the product. To my surprise I was greeted with a friendly face, unfortunately I didnt get the ladies name. She directed me to exchange the toaster hassle free. They did not have the same toaster I had but I was able to get something else in its place. My hubby and I were there very early. The lady was willing to refund me my money but I really did need a toaster. So instead of a 4 slice toaster I exchanged it for a 2 slice toaster and we added a little money in and also bought a Waffle Machine. Friendly service goes a far way and I will definitely support Clicks White River Mpumalanga again.
