I bought a Russel Hobbs iron at clicks in March,the iron works when it wants to after weeks of enduring this u decided to take it back to be fixed or exchanged. I don't have the original slip however they managed to obtain it through my clicks club card and they came with some story that Russell Hobbs won't accept it and refused to take the iron,the manager at Melville campus square Pat and some other guy were super condescending to me. I paid R439 can I have a working iron please? I left the iron there and they took my number,I don't have time I need a working iron pronto.
