Exceptionally Poor Customer Care and Service

As I entered the shop I noticed that there were 3 staff members and a security guard, as I am browsing and searching through the various Isles looking for the Deep Heat and Knee Guards not one of the staff members bothered to approached me to help. I eventually found what I was looking for and needed some help, the same 3 shop assistance were having a good old chat and admiring themselves in the Mirror, I asked the Security guard if the shop had people to assist customers and he pointed to the 3 Individuals that I assumed were shop assistance, my voice seems to have carried to their ears and one of them approached me. In my hand I had 3 Packages containing the Knee Guards, I asked that the Assistant to double check the sizes for me as I had a bad experience before when the article was marked as XL but was in fact an L. she grudgingly and with an attitude assisted. As a Patron and customer I expected much better service than what I actually got. I will remember and God forbid that I should ever be in need to frequent your shop ever again.
