Exceptional Service from Xola

I went to Westguard Clicks today after work to collect medication using the script, the Pharmacist by the name of Xola assisted me, she said she was not getting a response from my medical aid so she is unable to help me. I said ok and I called my Medical Aid after speaking to the Consultant she asked who helped me at Clicks and asked to speak to the Pharmacist(Xola) I want to acknowledge, praise and thank her the way she calmly took the phone to speak to the Consultant(mind you the Pharmacy was closed and they were on their way home, she stayed behind with Mohammed and she helped in a very welcoming and professional manner. All I can say that is Xola your profession is your calling keep flying the Clicks Pharmacy flag high, from the bottom of my heart I thank you may God Bless you.
