Exceptional Service at Clicks Boskruin!

I honestly cannot compliment the team at Clicks Boskruin Centre enough. They are some of the friendliest, most helpful and welcoming staff I have ever encountered. Every time I visit this branch, I have such a wonderful customer experience.

A very special compliment needs to go to the branch manager, K****tso Komme. She is always visible on the floor, walking around, assisting customers and supporting her team, and she always has the most cheerful smile on her face. You can genuinely see the positive impact her leadership has on the entire branch.

The staff are approachable, helpful and friendly, and there is just such a pleasant atmosphere in the store. It has become my favourite Clicks to visit because I know I will always be treated with kindness and receive excellent service.

Clicks management, please recognise and reward K****tso Komme and her entire Boskruin team for the exceptional way they run this branch. Great customer service deserves to be acknowledged, and this team is a wonderful example of what a positive retail experience should be.
