Exceptional Service

I'm a frequent customer at clicks Ficksburg and on 21.12.2025 I stopped by for Christmas shopping. The que was quite long but I waited as they were working fast. While standing in the que I suddenly felt dizzy and starting to sweat. I asked the manager if I can skip the que as I was not feeling well. She allowed it, just after I made a payment, I was not able to stand and they brought me a chair, water and wipes. They kept my items safe and made sure that I am fine. I want to thank Vivian and her team for being there for me. I believe they treat other customers with the same courtesy. Kudos to Clicks Ficksburg.
