Exceptional service

Was offered such great service from Jessica Shabango from the Kerk Street (JHB CBD) branch yesterday. I was buying an item and explained that I have misplaced my Clubcard. She was so willing and helpful in assisting me to apply for a replacement card. It's so refreshing to be served with a smile.
