I booked a consultation with clicks clinic at mall@55 for 2nd of April. A gentleman by the name of Tebogo assisted me so today I got a reminder regarding the consultation. I called the number provided for cancelation and rescheduling and I was given another number. I can that number and Tebogo assisted me again, he was very humble and polite. His consistency in customer care is on another level, I give him 5 stars.
