I went there looking for x30 quantities of dried fruit and x30 packets of biltong and they didn't have enough stock on hand however they went out of their way to outsource the stock for me at other clicks and they called me to come collect, this saved me a lot of time because they didn't tell me to go to the different clicks myself to get the quantities I needed

This was exceptional customer service by Miss Dudu Khumalo and Mr Lawrence Makhubele and I really appreciate it, keep up the great service, you are so amazing, empathy is what we need in this industry, something a lot of employees in the retail don't have and it was heartwarming to experience such
