Exceptional Customer Service - Rozaan Daniels

On the 06 March 2024 I sent an email to Clicks' customer service department enquiring about a part for a Kambrook blender. I received a response from Rozaan Daniels on the same day, and on the 08th March she advised that the item was dispatched and that it will take up to 6 weeks for the item to be delivered to the nearest store. I collected the item today and would like to thank all parties involved in resolving my request. A special thanks to Rozaan for the efficient and professional manner in which my query was handled as well as the staff at the EldoGlen Clicks store. It has made my customer experience a memorable one.
