Exceptional customer service

The manager Mr. Dyosi/ Dyoni, Clicks Nkomo village, I don't remember how his name spelled on the name tag gave us exceptional service while assisting us on the floor willingly with baby staff, new born. From recommendation, advices to letting us make our own choices to laughing with us as we took wrong nappy sizes, we came out of the store with everything we needed, including those we didn't know will need like cottons, spirit etc. Thank you Sir.
