Exceptional customer service

Greetings

I have been scrolling on the Clicks website hoping to see a staff appraisal/positive feedback tab but it seems not to be listed online.

This afternoon, I was at the Clicks store in Pavilion, Durban.

Once at the till I was assisted by a December causal named: Winile Kunene, whom I praised for her insightful product knowledge and general customer service. I further went to compliment the store manager, Pretty Buthelezi, who advised me to draft a formalised communication about Winile Kunene’s customer service.

Though she is a December casual, I do hope to see her again in the shop, she indeed is an asset for the company.
