Excellent Services

On 28 November 2016, I went to Clicks Stores in Highlands Shopping Mall in Lyttelton. I knew I have cash back bonus on my clicks card. I ask the cashier to use my cash back. He told me it is not on my card. I didn't understand. You see, what happen few months ago, my gold clicks card is damaged, I had already report it months ago and I was given temporary blue card and was told that all points on my damaged card will transfer to blue card till I get the new one via post but it never happen. The cashier called Tatane the manager. I explained to him. Because I am deaf, he said he will phone the head office to find out. He took his time to phone on my behalf and he told me that is is sorted out. I will get the new card shortly and I will get cash back bonus on my temporary card within two days time. I am impressed that he is willing to go extra miles to help me. Well done Tatane.
