Excellent service from Samantha

I bought an item from Clicks on Sunday, and had to exchange the item. I did not have the till slip, only the proof of payment sms. Samantha, was so friendly and helpful. She tracked down the purchase and helped me exchange my item, with speed and a smile. She did such a great job and I feel she really went the extra mile. Instead of saying she could not help because I didnt have the slip, she made an effort to track the purchase. Thank you Samantha for you excellent customer service, and friendly assistance.
