Excellent Service from Ayanda Msimang

I would like to thank Ayanda Msimang from the Clicks Pharmacy in Sandton City for being kind, patient, understanding and providing me with professional and outstanding service. She came in to salvage a situation that was set to be a bad experience into a wonderful and refreshing interaction with a Pharmacist. She assisted me with a script from outside SA and is very knowledgeable and resourceful. She kept to her word to contact me once she has tried to check availability with suppliers for a drug that turned out to be discontinued. I felt like a VIP customer in the days getting the meds that were in stock and finding out that one drug was discontinued. Keep it up Ayanda, people like you make South Africa great and restore faith in the Clicks brand
