Wow.i always use hello peter for complains but let me tell you...The Manager at Clicks Jacaranda branch,Tumi,was absolutely outstanding.i had an issue with my card being lost and she went above and beyond through being busy,helped me with a genuine smile.This lady should be apart of your training experts.She goes above and beyond what is expected.Im happy to be a club member of Clicks.Hoping for service like hers at other branches.
