excellent service

on the 2nd of Oct, i went to buy med for my acne. the pharmacist made an honest mistake of giving me acnetret but charging me for acnetane (which is a R190 difference) i found this out in a clicks in Gugulethu and i contacted the vangate store regarding this error which happened over a month ago. I spoke to the manger who said they will check as i didn't have the box anymore, fair enough. on the sat i called and i told to come and fetch the money. i couldn't at the time so i let it stay there. today i went to the store explained what happened and obviously i didn't remember the pharmacist who assisted me almost 2 months ago. i was given a refund no hustles even though the two managers i spoke with were not there. the pharmacist came and apologised bare in mind i didn't remember him so he didn't have too.

all in all i just want to thank Clicks gugulethu for showing me this error. clicks vangate for being awesome and taking the time to do a stock count and traced the purchase as in other stores they would want a slip. thank to the staff for going beyond their duties to assist.
