Excellent Service

A BIG thank you and accolade to Richard Mhlanga the Store Manager at Clicks Cresta. My daughter and I were shopping for Christmas gifts and had not taken a trolley or basket as we only intended on purchasing one or 2 things. With our hands full of gifts (our 1 or 2 gift plan failed) and trying to carry everything that we decided to buy Richard approached us and gave us a trolley without us even asking. That is what I call client service! I inquired who this staff member was only to find out that he was the Store Manager. Thank you Richard for leading by example and for your exemplary service we do appreciate it.
