Excellent customer service from manager Annilize at Cape Gate Branch.

On the 23rd of December’23, Clicks - Cape Gate - was very busy as everyone was rushing to do their last minute Christmas shopping. And me being in a wheelchair I couldn’t move around freely in the shop as it was full. The products I was looking for also wasn’t on the shelf. I asked 1 of the staff for help & I guess he was new there, so he called the manager Annalize (I’m not sure about the spelling) but she ran around in that shop & went the extra mile to assist me. Lots of times, we wheelchair users get overlooked especially in a big crowd. But she really went out of her way to help me & gave me the most excellent customer service ever! I hope she gets recognised & rewarded for this. Thank you so much for going the extra mile for me & because of that I will return to your store & even recommend it to my friends to shop at Capegate’s Clicks.
