Excellent customer service from Clicks Capegate manager.

On Saturday the 5th of November 2022 we went to Clicks Capegate. We saw a box of chocolates that was advertised for R40 each , plus buy 3 and get one free. But when I got to the till, the price scanned R67 each or something for one. We went to the rack and the wrong price was at the wrong item. However, the manager had no problem giving us the price where the stock was wrongfully packed. I don't remember her name, but I have to let Clicks know that I really appreciate that she (and Clicks Capegate) took responsibility for the error.
