Excellent customer service

On 22/11/2019, I visited one of their pharmacies in Mark Park Vereeniging, the medication I needed was supposed to get out only on doctor's prescription. I was attended by a dispenser by the name of Ntombi Makube. She could see my situation was kinda like urgent, she didn't send me away instead, she provided an alternative to help me. She was so eager to help.
