Excellent customer service

Good day, I called in at your Promenade mall, Mitchell's Plain branch to find out if my online shopping had arrived, I was greeted by a kind gentleman La-eeq who asked me for my details to search whether it had arrived, he took down my cellphone number and said he will call me back, which he did, he was very kind and professional, he super exceeded my expectation in delivery service as he took ownership of my query immediately and sprang into action in executing it, I spoke to John his manager immediately informing him about this friendly gentleman in his team, John himself too was very friendly and respectful. Such service from our Mitchell's Plain branches should be commended as we sometimes struggle receiving such wonderful service from our Mitchell's Plain stores.
