Excellent client service

Clicks group @ Bel Airs Shopping Center

I am blown away by they sense of humanity from management, supervisors, floor to the cashiers i mean they are very welcoming with a smile always greeting and willing to help.

I would love to compliment them to kindly continue keeping up the great work and wonderful service am really impressed.

I have shoped at many clicks stores however they have even encouraged me to make use of the clicks card sold me the benefits again and told me where else i could use it. Beyond that they always go out of their way to assist me really lol i always miss things and would think they dont sell them but they go show me not just direct me i appreciate that heee even management and pharmacy department they leave to show me.

I can say a mouthful about that store, the cashiers inform me about current specials at the cashier points as I make a payment i normally rush to grap a few more things lol time and time again all be like what really?

Thanks a million from the depth of my heart i appreciate it, may seem small but it is what really matters to me i feel like theres some sort of personal touch for a person like me.
