Evil Karen behaviour by Cicks Pharmacist at Eyethu Mall

I have never been so disrepected and insulted in my life. The pharmacy manager (Zama Mkizhe) at Clicks Eyethu Mall was very disrespectful and had the gall to lie to me in my face for her ill mannered behavior over the phone on the 9th of May 2024, trying to shift blame on to me the customer who has a problem with attitude and conduct. I went to the pharmacy today and all of a sudden, she is lying to my face about the previous day's interaction where she kept interjecting whist I was trying to discuss my grievance. When I called the store for the 2nd time, I was answered but in the background I heard his colleagues telling him to hang up. When I brought up the incidences, she ball faced **** to my face saying that it was loadshedding and it affected the phone lines. Nowhere has there been loadshedding and for her to use that as her defense, it was so insulting. I am paraplegic which on its on brings its own prejudices but to lie and shift blame on to me and ultimately blame miscommunication instead of just owning up your failure and we move on. This was such a ridiculous situation that could've resolved easily but not lying and behaviour that can damage the store and pharmacy's reputations. What annoyed me the most, its my 1st time meeting her and she claims that she was busy with an auditor who just left 2 mins ago. The previous day she claimed that she was going to call me to let me know my order could not be delivered as their suppliers where out of stock. She was supposed to call me but everytime she has a convenient excuse to explain her poor service. Its people like her that give companies a bad rep. As a result, I'll be reporting the whole team (Zama Mkhize - Pharmacist, Bonkeka Malthito - Pharmacy Assistant and Kathleho - Pharmacy Assistant) to the Pharmacy Council so that this should not happen to another innocent customer. The store's practices need to be rethought. Having been brought up by a Pharmacist and have a Pharmacist for a brother, I am so lucky to know how to be aware of scrupulous behavior. Zama is sly, very aggressive when spoken to and hostile. I have had 2 experiences with this woman and today was my first time meeting her face to face. Let's just say, never argue with a fool.
