Every time i have to get my script its not on the system

<p>Good day Clicks team,</p> <p>I am very angry with the service I always receive at the pharmacy when I go and collect my medication. I have a scrip for Microval that was loaded at Southgate mall it was a repeat for 6 month, the agent at the other branch they always can’t find my scrip, the other time I was in Durban and free state now it was happening at Vaal Mall it’s the same issue I have to call and fight before I get help, I will never again load my scrip with your Pharmacy there is no service at all I am so ****ed off… </p> <p> </p>
