Essential products(Facial products)

The minister of Retailers announced that facials wash is an essential but it is to my surprised that the section of facial washes at this specific branch was closed off, when I informed the manager of the communication, I was told that she’s waiting for an formal communication from head office which I understand and further asked her to take it up (prompt)with head office of the information provided so that she can update her shop accordingly she bluntly said ‘no’ she won’t. First of all she did not even watch the news or willing to research this and was just happy to rush to say no. Please communicate accordingly to your managers and teach them liaison s****s cause according to her even if I have just a question during this crises she will not bother escalating anything
